The Denim Tears x ASICS Gel MC Plus ‘Cream’ delivers Tremaine Emory’s unique take on a retro running shoe originally released in 1995. Inspired by the dusty clay roads of the designer’s childhood summers in Harlem, Georgia, the sneaker features an ivory-colored leather upper stained burnt orange. Color-matched accents make their way to stitched bar tacks reinforcing the layered build, as well as the cushioned Gel inserts embedded in the sculpted foam midsole. Mismatched ASICS and Denim Tears branding decorates the sockliner of the left and right shoe.
